Der Nutzer von Marcophono darf das System ausschließlich für den vorgegebenen Zweck nutzen. Das bedeutet, er darf die Website www.marcophono.com sowie die Marcophono-App nur nutzen "wie sie ist", also mit den dafür vorgegebenen Eingabefeldern und Buttons. Untersagt ist insbesondere die Manipulation des Client-Codes (Javascript und Actionscript) zur Umgehung von technischen Beschränkungen.

The user of Marcophono is only allowed to use the system "as it is". That means the user is only allowed to use the offered form fields and buttons on the website www.marcophono.com or the Marcophono-App to manage the Marcophono funcionality. It is explicitly prohibited to manipulate the client code (Javascript and Actionscript) to bypass technical restrictions.
